1. Company and products
Skithund Records® is registered trademark of Oy Middlegroup AB (2553778-7).
Skithund Records is a manufacturer of music and music related merchandise. This webstore offers digital music, vinyl records, CDs and music merchandise for sale.
The products are either manufactured or imported by Skithund Records.

All physical products offered for sale on skithundrecords.com come from our stock, which is located at the following address:

2. Customer service
Customer service is available at info@skithundrecords.com
Please allow 24–48 hours for reply.
In urgent situations we can be contacted at +358407377874, preferred Mon–Fri from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (+2 GMT).

3. Digital music
You can purchase digital music from the Store. All digital sales will be directed to Apple Music / iTunes Store and the transactions are applied to the Terms and Conditions of Apple Media Services.

4. Physical products: Delivery Policy and Returns
On physical products we usually process incoming orders within 24 hours and often it takes 1–3 working days for shipping your order. Sometimes there might be small delays due to large amount of orders. During sales campaigns the processing time can be longer.
You may cancel your order if we haven’t shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch with our customer service should you wish to cancel.
In cases of misshipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required. Returns of items in flawless condition are not accepted.

5. Refund policy on physical products
The customer is allowed to cancel the order and receive full refund if we haven’t shipped the order.

6. Lost shipments
We will replace all lost parcels, so please get in touch with us if your order does not arrive. NOTE. Please give it some time over the estimate first.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible.

7. Release dates
Please note that release dates for physical records are estimates. We do our best to deliver all orders in time, but from time to time manufacturing delays might happen.

8. Privacy policy
We will not share your contact details with third parties. All address information is stored on a secure server, and all payment information is encrypted and handled by payment gateways.
