Elektrus Erektus’ new album “Hyvin se meni kotona” is now available from all digi and streaming services out there. The work is compiled and produced from live recordings by Erektus’ long-time collaborator, Alamaailma. The album also features two joint tracks from Elektrus Erektus and Alamaailma.
Musically, Hyvin se meni kotona is kraut-inspired, psychoactive electro where a dark and seductive groove carries the listener like a dream you never want to wake up from — or a nightmare you can’t escape.
Elektrus Erektus is a middle-aged family man who, in the dark hours of the night, transforms into the pig-headed lizard king of suburban discos. The album tells stories of falling through the cracks and the struggles of loving.
Recommended for fans of psychedelia and electronic music — and for those who seek raw edges in the margins.
